An accessible viewing platform is available. Places on the accessible viewing platform cannot be reserved or guaranteed. 

The accessible car parking is 150 metres away from the entrance to the arena along a compacted gravel path. The accessible viewing platform is located up a moderate slope about 10m long. Customers with a disability wishing to be dropped off or picked up should use the main concert entrance and will be directed to the accessible areas. Vehicles dropping off customers with a disability will need to remain on site or be back on site before 10pm.

Accessible toilets are available at the visitor centre and also inside the arena.

Registered assistance dogs are permitted, but the live sound may disturb the animal. No other dogs are allowed on site.

Lasers and strobe lighting may be used as part of the performance.
