Get, set, go!
Cannock Chase Forest is excited to welcome Birmingham 2022 and be venue of the mountain bike competition on 3 August.
As we and the organising committee prepare for this event, there inevitably will be some disruption to the central visitor areas, car parks and bike trails at Cannock Chase Forest.
This unfortunately is an unavoidable part of being selected as one of many games venue. But because of this opportunity, we have been able to further improve our cycling offer at Cannock Chase Forest by introduction of our fantastic new facilities, including the new blue graded Perry’s Trail and Pedal and Play.
Further detailed information on trail closures, car park closures and diversions, can be found below - please note that on 3rd August unless you have a ticket for the games, you should not travel to site:

It is likely areas will be busier than usual so plan ahead and look at alternatives to driving like walking or cycling shorter journeys, taking public transport or travelling at a different time to avoid peak times.
