Booking is essential for guided and self-guided visits to High Lodge.
Booking
To make a booking please contact Hannah Gilson for a booking form and return this in advance of the visit to confirm your booking, along with your risk assessment and PLI.
Pre-payment in advance of your visit can be done by cheque, payable to Forestry England, or by card over the phone.

Orienteering
Advance booking is essential if large numbers of maps are required. Packs are £1.50 each if pre-ordered in quantities of greater than 10.
Groups wishing to use the orienteering course are asked to call 0300 067 4401 in advance, as forestry operations may prevent some parts of the course being available for public use at certain times.
Pre-visit
We encourage self-led group leaders to arrange a pre-visit to assist in their risk assessment writing and to gather any other useful information. A meeting with a Ranger to discuss options can be booked in advance if required. All pre-visits are free of charge.
