Terms and conditions - Wellbeing survey and prize giveaway

  1. The prize is one (1) £50 voucher to spend with GO Outdoors. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Forestry England reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  2. Entrants are those who complete the Forestry England Wellbeing Case Study Survey and submit a valid email address between 1 January 2021 and 11pm on Sunday 31 January 2021.
  3. A maximum of one entry per person will be accepted. If more than one entry is made, entrants will be disqualified. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
  4. The winner will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date, by an independent process, and notified by 28 February 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  5. The winner's email address will be shared with GO Outdoors for the sole purpose of notifying them of their prize.
  6. Entrants agree to the use of their first names in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  7. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of any party connected with the promotion.
  8. Forestry England’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered in to.
  9. Entry implies acceptance into these terms and conditions. The entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, you accept to and be bound by the terms and conditions.
  10. Forestry England shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions.
  11. Forestry England and GO Outdoors reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
