Tickets

Are email confirmations accepted as tickets?

Email confirmations are not tickets and will not be accepted to gain access to the arena.

Please bring the E-tickets that were emailed to you as the QR codes will need to be scanned.

Some of our venues have limited phone signal or WIFI, so please ensure you have downloaded each individual e-ticket and saved these to your device before arriving at the venue.

When will I receive my tickets?

If you booked with Forestry England: tickets will be sent by email nearer to the date of the concerts and should be received no later than four weeks before the event.

Can I get in touch with you via phone?

We strongly recommend on-line booking and if you have a question for us, that can’t be answered in our FAQ’s, the best way to get a prompt reply is to email customerrelations@forestryengland.uk  You can also call us on 0300 0680 400 but please bear with us as lines may be busy.

Why do you charge a booking fee?

The booking fee is stated alongside the face value ticket price. This is lower than the booking fee charged by most other ticket agents. We do not charge an extra transaction fee.

Booking fees cover administration costs which include staff, office costs, software, ticket scanners and stationery.

What is the child policy?

Any child aged six or over requires a full price ticket. Children aged five and under can attend free of charge and do not require any form of ticket.

Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18 or over). There is a minimum ratio of one adult per four children (under 16).

Entry may be refused without valid proof of age (photocopy of passport or birth certificate is accepted).

Young children have more sensitive hearing. We encourage you to use appropriate hearing protection for Forest Live events.

What is the Group booking (over eight tickets)* policy?

We operate a group booking policy aimed to protect customers from ticket touting, ticket scams and the resale of tickets at an inflated price.

Purchases of up to eight tickets can be made on our website. The purchase of over eight tickets constitutes a group booking (even if purchased in separate transactions). If you wish to book nine or more tickets, please contact customerrelations@forestryengland.uk or call 0300 068 0400

We reserve the right to contact any customer to ensure that their purchase adheres to our booking policy and terms and conditions. Purchases suspected of being made with the intention of resale for profit will be cancelled.

We are unable to offer any group discounts.

*Occasionally for specific acts, additional per person ticket limitations may be applied.

What is a waiting list?

Once an event has sold out, we may offer the opportunity to join a waiting list.

Joining the waiting list is no guarantee that we will be able to offer you tickets. If we are in a position to offer tickets, you will be contacted by telephone or email during office opening hours. Tickets cannot be held, if you are unavailable when we try to make contact we will move onto the next person on the list.

Is the event suitable for me and my party?

Crowd conditions can vary dependent on artists. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the content and show is appropriate for them and their party. Some artists may use language that might be considered offensive.

Why are there three concerts at Westonbirt Arboretum this year?

This year we will be hosting three fantastic concerts at Westonbirt Arboretum with Paul Weller, Jack Savoretti and Tom Grennan.

We have not been able to secure an act for a fourth concert scheduled for Sunday 11 June, but are very excited for Forest Live to return to Westonbirt Arboretum this summer. We look forward to enjoying some great live music with you all in this sublime setting.

Why is an artist not playing at a Forest Live venue near me?

All acts are subject to their availability which means the number of Forest Live dates they play will vary from a solo concert to playing the whole run.

What happens with my ticket purchase if the concerts are cancelled?

If any Forest Live concert should not go ahead, every effort will be made to postpone the concert. This will be subject to artist availability.

If you are unable to make a postponed date or rescheduling is not possible, you will be entitled to a refund of your ticket in line with our terms and conditions.
