Do you have a question about Forest Live, or another ticketed event with us? Please contact our Customer Relations team. Email customerrelations@forestryengland.uk.

Parking

For information about how to pay your parking fine or why we charge for parking, check out our parking information page. If you'd like to know more about parking at a specific forest, please find the forest you wish to visit first, and look at the parking information on the forest page. For all other parking enquiries, please email info@forestryengland.uk

Membership

Any questions about your Membership with us, including renewals please read our frequently asked questions. For all other Membership enquiries please email membership@forestryengland.uk or call us 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday on 0300 068 0400. Remember to include your Membership number if you have one.

Filming and permissions

If you want to film in the nation's forests, please check out our information on locations and the regional contacts

If you're looking to use our woodlands to host a sport, educational event or activity, or for scientific research, you must first apply for a permit. Please see our permissions page to apply.

Local issue

If you need to get in touch with us to report something at a forest, such as a fallen tree, feedback for local staff or anything else for a local area please get in touch with your local district office.
