What is Dalby Forest parkrun?
A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you! See Course page for more details.
What does it cost to join in?
Nothing - it's free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.
How fast do I have to be?
We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week parkrun grab a post parkrun coffee in the Dalby Forest Courtyard Café and Dalby Forest Visitor Centre Café - please feel free to join in!

Please use main car park outside the Visitor Centre then head through Low Dalby Village to the Ellerburn Trail.
The Ellerburn trail is fully accessible.
A QR code is required from marshals to receive event discounted parking. Take a photo of this code and use this at the pay point in the Visitor Centre car park prior to leaving. Please note the QR code is not redeemable at the exit barriers.
