The Delamere Dash offers a fantastic course that highlights the stunning scenery of Delamere Forest in the fresh air of autumn.
The course is run on mixed terrains that include gravel paths and trail paths. Some areas of the course may become muddy after rainy weather. The route is mostly flat with lots of opportunities to achieve a personal best. The route will be signposted and marshalled so all you need to do is follow the signs and enjoy all that the forest has to offer.
