Forestry 100 Running series - Haldon Forest Park 10k
Advance ticket sales are now closed - tickets are still available to buy on the day at Haldon.
Celebrate 100 years of forestry with an exhilarating 10k around Haldon Forest Park.
Haldon Forest’s 10k is a figure of eight route taking runners from the depths of our wooded valley (156m altitude) to the soaring views of Exeter and the Exe Estuary (288m altitude).
With classic ridgeline topography plenty of challenging climbs are guaranteed as you loop your way through our woodland packed so full of wildlife and protected species that it was the first man-made forest to be designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Keep your eyes peeled for sightings of rare butterflies, lizards and birds of prey!
The ground conditions will be mostly firm gravelled forest tracks, mixed with sections of woodland trail so shoes with good grip are a must.
This event is managed in partnership with Nice Work.
