Join Time Seekers' Yoga Instructor Jess, for a family fun yoga session in the forest on Fridays and Saturday mornings during the Summer Holidays!
The whole family are welcome as this session is suitable for all abilities with options to simplify or grow your practice.
Don't worry if you have never tried yoga before, here's your opportunity to have a go with mats available to hire too!
A perfect opportunity for you to just enjoy some time to reconnect to your body and breathe in a lovely setting together as a family.

All day parking can be added to your booking for £3! Vehicle registration will be required upon booking, Forestry England members park for free.
Please arrive 5 minutes before class and remember to be mindful of the weather, you may need to bring sunscreen or a raincoat!
