You may have heard about the positive effects getting outdoors can have on our mental health and wellbeing. Spending time in forests and green spaces can improve mood, reduce stress, improve physical health and help us to feel more relaxed.

That's why we're running monthly Bushcraft for Winter Wellbeing sessions. Join us in the woods to have a go at a range of activities, including fire lighting, traditional green woodworking, shelter building, campfire cooking and forest crafts. It's a great way to connect with new people and relax around our campfire with a brew. Everyone welcome.
