Want to take up running, build your confidence or return to running? Join our four week Intro to Running course where we will slowly build up your confidence and explore the joy of running on the trails around Whinlatter. We will learn running techniques, chat about kit and encourage you to follow a gentle introductory running plan with support from our course leader. Some of our regular runners will join us along the way and share their running journeys. There is no time or distance goal, we simply want to help you to enjoy running and feel part of our running community.
