This gentle and immersive workshop is an introduction to connecting with the Earth's energies and the inner wild you. Through ritual, meditation and creativity we tap into our inner wisdom and deepen our relationship with Mother Earth.

Jen from Lakeland Wellbeing will cover: an introduction to earth energies, calling in the directions & elements, working with wheel of the year and the cycles of the moon, ritual & manifestation, and create our own herbal smudge sticks to take home.

Includes a goody bag and forest brew.
