Family forest bathing

This mindful and fun group family session in the forest is tailored to younger children. We focus on fun and sensory nature based activities and games to keep little people mindful and engaged, whilst allowing adults a bit of relaxation and chill out time in the beautiful forest environment.

This lovely experience supports you to connect with nature and each other. We close with a tea ceremony (or hot chocolate and marshmallows) with an opportunity for reflection and sharing.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
