Join JAG Outdoors for an evening of exercise, focus, fun, and wellbeing at Whinlatter.
Starting with a run, followed by an hour of yoga in the yurt, and finish with a short shivasna (relaxation) and a non caffeinated drink.
The run will be suitable for anyone who can complete a 5km run/jog/walking in around 50 mins. Stronger runners will have options to go further with loops and run backs.
Dress for the conditions on the evening, you can leave your belongings in the yurt while we run.
Bring or borrow a yoga mat, some warm layers, water, and a sense of adventure.
