Full moon women's circle

Celebrating and harnessing the energy of the full moon with mindful meditation, visualisation and manifestation, sharing with other women in a supportive and nurturing circle. This will be a sacred space to tell our stories, laugh, cry, and ‘be’ with each other in a confidential and safe environment. 

Tea ceremony and snacks provided. 

All you need to be is you! All you need to bring is yourself! (And a head torch, maybe a journal and some warm clothes)
