A running adventure - into the darkness. Build your confidence of running in the dark, lit only by torches. Running/ jogging steadily, to suit the group, around and along the forest tracks and trails. There will be a some (tough-ish!) ascents but walking is good too, and some nice downhill sections. Faster runners can head off with our second leader and loop back, or wait at designated meeting points. We will start and finish at the Visitor Centre with a refuelling home baked cake. No experience of trail running required.
