Join Lakeland Wellbeing & Wild & Green in our beautiful Forest for a grounding, nurturing and healing May retreat including Forest Bathing, forest yoga, making a botanical creation, tea ceremony and vegan cake.
The retreat will begin with Forest Bathing led by Jen. Immersing yourself in the forest is a wonderful opportunity to relax, unwind & deeply connect with the natural environment. Slowing down your body & mind allows you to switch off from the pressures of life and simply 'be' at one with nature.
Jen will guide you through a series of mindful invitations to connect with yourself & the forest. Exploring how the forest supports physical & emotional health. The Forest Bathing will culminate in a traditional tea ceremony with vegan cake and sharing reflections with a group of like minded people to create a sense of friendship & connection.
Alex from Wild & Green, will then intuitively lead you through immersive yoga practice with nature based meditation, breathwork & asana. Followed by a creative botanical experience connecting nature and all your senses, with a focus on seasonality and an eco-friendly, zero waste philosophy. You will be inspired to create a beautiful and unique botanical piece of art with meaning, which is in tune with your surroundings and your blissful retreat experiences.
