A full body workout using different exercises
Our outdoor circuits are open to all abilities. Enjoy an all body, interval based, circuit training session as you move through a variety of workout stations with options to adapt exercises to suit your ability level. In order to maintain COVID-19 safe protocols, participants will conduct different exercises at their own permanently positioned, socially distanced, station, opposed to moving around shared stations.
If it's raining, we're training! We operate in all weathers*. Please ensure you bring adequate hydration, especially in hot temperatures, and dress for the weather. We recommend comfortable trainers (trail ideal), and please remember that it's better to have too many layers which can be removed if hot, than to have no extra layers to put on when cold.
*At the instructors discretion, the outdoor circuits will not operate in conditions perceived to be extreme or unsafe (ie, lightning, high winds etc).
