parkrun on Saturdays at 9am, junior parkrun on Sundays at 9am
parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world, and junior parkrun is a series of 2k events for children aged between 4 and 14. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.
These events take place in pleasant forest surroundings and people of every ability are encouraged to take part. From those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; everyone is welcome.
