You don’t have to be an artist to be creative in nature!
Playing around with lines, colours or words can be just as fun for some people as running around a sports field is to others. Use the space around you for inspiration. How can you represent this on the chalkboards? Or if you’d prefer, use natural materials found on the ground.
Go green for your health
This view is a broad spectrum of luscious limes, sumptuous sages and extravagant emeralds. Studies show that green hugely helps to reduce stress and anxiety. It stands to reason: we have been surrounded by nature and the colour green throughout humanity’s existence… the feeling of reassurance from trees and bushes is innate. They were literally what we depended on for shelter, food and ultimately our survival.
