Participants are led through a flowing sequence of movements and the instructor will help you focus on your breath and movement to build strength, improve balance and calm the mind. Each class will take inspiration from nature.

Classes are more suited to people who have a working knowledge of flow yoga as the intention of the class is for continuous movement and breathing in time to each asana. If you are unsure, please get in touch.

Each class is 60 minutes long, and must be booked and paid for in advance. However, in the event of wet weather, a refund will be given.

You will need comfortable layers, your own mat and a bottle of water (plus sunscreen and insect repellent if necessary).
