Yurt hire terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to this event:
- The event will continue regardless of weather except in extreme circumstances affecting the venue.
- Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- Any booking fee applied is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (16+).
- Suitable footwear and clothing should be worn, appropriate to the event and the location.
- Venue management will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage to personal property brought into the Venue or left in vehicles on site.
- Fireworks, sparklers, BBQs or any other item considered to be hazardous are strictly prohibited.
- Forestry England reserves the right to refuse admission.
- The purchase and use of ticket(s) will constitute acceptance of these conditions by the holder.
- Any person who fails or refuses to comply with instructions from any persons acting for Forestry England and/or Venue Management may be removed from the venue.
- Photography and filming may take place for promotional purposes. Let us know if you don’t want your image used.
- Surveillance cameras may be in operation for security purposes.
- Tickets are not permitted for resale in the course of business or for a profit.
- Forestry England and/or Venue Management reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
- Additional terms apply as below*
* You will be required to pay a £30 refundable deposit on arrival. If the Yurt is damaged in any way you will forfeit the deposit to cover the cost of repair. If the cost of any damage is greater than £30 the named hirer will be liable for any further costs.
* Shoes must not be worn inside the Yurt to keep the floor clean.
* Collect all rubbish and use the bins provided or take it home.
* Flames, fires or equipment that creates heat are not permitted in or near the Yurt.
* Please respect other park users and keep any noise to a reasonable level.
* Smoking and vaping/e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the Yurt.
* Animals are not allowed inside the Yurt.
