National Membership lets your household explore Forestry England forests nationwide, with free parking included for one vehicle at a time. It’s an annual membership costing £96, with the option of spreading across monthly payments.

Parking with peace of mind
Forestry England national membership gives you the peace of mind to park up and explore the nation's forests without worrying about the parking fees.
You can register up to 2 vehicles with your membership, but note that membership does not guarantee a parking space and that free parking is for one vehicle only at any one time. If bringing a second registered vehicle, the second vehicle will still need to pay the standard parking charges.

It covers the whole household
Forestry England National Membership covers your whole household for a whole year, including up to two registered vehicles, and gives you amazing places to visit wherever you are in the country, to take the dogs out, to try out the mountain bike trails, to find the Gruffalo, or whatever you and your family love doing most.
Where can you visit?
Wherever you are in the country, there'll be a Forestry England forest near you, and with a National Membership you can enjoy peace of mind when visiting them.
The North of England includes
Dalby Forest, Dodd Wood, Ennerdale, Gisburn Forest & Stocks, Grizedale Forest, Hamsterley Forest, Kielder Water & Forest Park, Kilburn Woods and Whinlatter Forest.
Central England includes
Cannock Chase Forest, Delamere Forest, Fineshade Wood, Haughmond Hill, Hicks Lodge, Salcey Forest, Sherwood Pines and Sence Valley.
The West of England includes
Bellever Forest, Cardinham Woods, the Forest of Dean, Great Wood, Haldon Forest Park, Leigh Woods, and Wyre Forest.
The South of England includes
Abbots Wood, Alice Holt Forest, Birchden Wood, Bourne Wood, the Forest of Bere, Friston Forest, Moors Valley Country Park and the New Forest and Seven Sisters.
The East of England includes
Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest, High Lodge Thetford Forest, Jeskyns Community Woodland, Rendlesham Forest and Wendover Woods.

*Like many other locations across the country we do not have a 'local membership' scheme in place in the New Forest. The existing local membership schemes at a limited number of forests around England are historic. Since 2024, no further local membership schemes have been or will be introduced.
