Important log-In information for members

First time logging in?

All members must validate your email before you can access your Members Area for the first time. You only need to do this one time after joining. Here's how you do it: 

  1. Visit my.forestryendland here. 
  2. Click “Join/Redeem a gift” 
  3. Enter the name and email address that originally set-up your membership account. 
  4. The page will say 'Check your email' and you’ll receive an email to set up a password. 
  5. Create your password and enter the Members Area to see your current membership details.

Renewing a current membership?

You can renew your membership only if your existing membership is still active and hasn’t yet expired. Make sure you've validated your email to access our members area before following the steps below: 

  1. Visit my.forestryendland here. 
  2. Click “Log-in” to visit the Members Area 
  3. Click 'Check your membership' and then 'Renew now'. 
  4. If your membership is due to expire this month and you do not pay by Direct Debit you can renew your membership for another year. 

Renewing an expired membership?

If your membership has expired, even by one day, you will need to click “Join/Redeem a gift”. Only current members can access the members area. 

Once you begin the process of re-joining, use the same email address to re-use and update your existing account details.

How can I update my details?

If you haven't visited the Members Area yet you will need to follow the steps above to do so before you can update your details. 

If you have set-up your account already, then simply log-in by visiting the Members Area and click Update my details.

Westonbirt Arboretum member?

We work closely with the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, which is a separate charitable organisation and runs a membership scheme for access to Westonbirt Arboretum only. Friends of Westonbirt members should renew directly via their independent website.
