Mental Elf is a 5km festive, family, fancy dress fun run. Bring your family, friends, colleagues and dogs to enjoy some exercise and fresh air in the beautiful Sherwood Pines and help Nottinghamshire Mind start conversations and break the stigma surrounding mental health. The event is designed to bring the community together while raising funds for our much needed community mental health support service. |
