We have superb bike trails across the nation’s forest and to celebrate we’re challenging you to bike the equivalent distance from Kielder Forest in Northumberland to Cardinham Woods in Cornwall. 450 miles, one golden rule - forest trails only.

Your challenge, your way

Simply log a total of 450 miles however you want, or use the tracker we've created, by the end of October 2024. If it's in the nation's forests it all counts, any kind of mountain biking or cycling.

Build up a couple of off-road miles every day or get to the ultimate milestone with longer rides. Cover the distance in the same forest on the same trail, on multiple trails or discover a new trail destination. Take on a solo mission or bring friends and family along for the rides.
