Volunteering at Covert Wood

Volunteer and make a difference

Covert Wood and other Forestry England and non-Forestry England sites in the East Kent Downs are part of the High Down Project managed by Kent Wildlife Trust which aims to improve wildlife and connectivity between sites.

Heathland restoration is being carried out at Covert Wood as well as other varied work in nearby FE woodlands - Parkwood, Westwood and Elhampark Wood.

We are looking for volunteers to help on tasks which run 3 days each week. The more hands the better.
