Outdoor Yoga at Alice Holt

Join our forest yoga sessions on a Wednesday morning with qualified local yoga instructor Rebecca James.

Rebecca will guide you through stretching and breathing exercises to build a resilient nervous system, which helps reduce stress levels and balances our immune system. Each class will end with a guided relaxation and mindfulness moment, to relax the body allowing us to be immersed in the stunning nature at Alice Holt Forest.

Sessions are accessible, with no previous experience necessary. Bring layers, a hat and something to sit on.
