Events at Sherwood Pines
- Bushcraft Camp
Join the rangers for a fun-filled day of bushcraft activities.
The session starts with a short hike to find our camp which is hidden in the woods. Spend the morning working together as a family to build a survival shelter from natural materials, then spend the afternoon learning how to create sparks so you can light a fire to toast some marshmallows. We will end the session learning how to use tools safely to make a memento of your day to take home.
Children with special needs are welcome to any of our family events but this day has been designed with children with ASD or SEN in mind.
Suitable for children aged 6+ accompanied by a paying adult.
