Events at Whinlatter - Meet at Visitor Centre

Join Jo & Laura from JAG Outdoors for an evening of adventure, exercise, focus, fun, and wellbeing here at Whinlatter.

The evening will start with a gentle run/jog/walk, followed by an hour of yoga in the yurt, and finish with a short shivasna (relaxation).

The run will be suitable for anyone who can complete a 5km run/jog/walking in around 50 mins. Stronger runners will have options to go further with loops and run backs.

Dress for the conditions on the day, you can leave your belongings in the yurt while running.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one , some warm layers, water, and a sense of adventure.
