Join Jo & Laura for an evening of adventure, exercise, focus, fun, and wellbeing at Whinlatter.
The evening will start with a run, followed by an hour of yoga in the yurt, and finish with a short shivasna (relaxation) and a non caffeinated drink.
The run will be suitable for anyone who can complete a 5km run/jog/walking in around 50 mins. Stronger runners will have options to go further with loops and run backs.
Dress for the conditions on the day, you can leave your belongings in the yurt while we run.
Please bring a yoga mat of you have one (or let us know if you need to borrow one), some warm layers, water, and a sense of adventure.
