Reconnect. Slow down. Breathe deeply.

Step away from the rush of everyday life and join us for a 3-hour guided forest bathing experience with Hannah, inspired by Shinrin-yoku – the Japanese practice of restoring wellbeing through mindful connection with nature.

Forest bathing is not a hike or fitness activity. It’s a slow, gentle, and sensory experience, designed to help you relax, unwind, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Guided by a trained facilitator, you’ll move calmly through the forest with simple invitations to notice sights, sounds, textures, scents, and breath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften.

Throughout the session, there is time for stillness, quiet reflection, and grounding practices, all held in a supportive and welcoming space. The experience concludes with a shared forest tea ritual – a mindful pause to rest, reflect, and integrate the experience while enjoying a herbal infusion inspired by the forest.

No prior experience, special skills, or level of fitness is required. This experience is suitable for adults of all ages who can walk slowly on uneven ground and are comfortable spending time outdoors. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy, waterproof footwear.

Forest bathing has been shown to reduce stress, support emotional wellbeing, and improve mood and focus. You’ll leave feeling calmer, grounded, and gently refreshed.
