Beginners and back to running course
These sessions are designed for total beginners with the aim of being able to run for 30 minutes at your own pace by the end of the 9-week course.
A typical session will include a gentle warm up, exercises that will compliment your growing running fitness, and a running session which will include alternating between running and walking. In week 1 you won’t be running longer than a minute at a time. You will also have the choice to be part of a Facebook group for support and motivation outside of these sessions as well as being given 2 ‘homework’ sessions per week. We ask that when you book on you can commit to all of the in person sessions (the online one is optional) as this course is extremely popular.
