Collection and return
Pick up your mobility equipment from the Welcome Building from 9:30am and return it by 4:00pm. Our staff will provide instructions and ensure you can use the equipment or offer an alternative.
Essential information
- book at least one day in advance.
- you must be 16+ to hire a scooter; wheelchairs are for all ages.
- we may refuse hire if it's not suitable for you.
- during busy periods, there might be a wait for your reserved equipment.
- to reschedule, log into your account to manage your booking.
- for cancellations and enquiries, call us on 0300 068 0400 (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm) or 0300 067 4890 (Sat and Sun 9am – 4pm).
