We aim to be open with our information and you will find a wealth of information on this website.
You are entitled to request any recorded information you think is held by Forestry England under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
You do not need to know which law or regulation your request should be made under. We will review all requests for information, gather the material together if we hold it, and provide you with a full response. We will disclose information unless it is exempt under the legislation.
If we withhold information we will explain why.
Submitting your request

We aim to deal with your request as fully as we can and within 20 working days as set out in the appropriate legislation.
Getting help
We will, as far as is reasonable and practicable, provide help and advice on asking for information.

Information we hold about you
The Data Protection Act 2018 gives you the right to find out what personal information the Forestry England holds about you. This is known as a subject access request.
