Canicross for beginners at Bedgebury Pinetum
Start your canicross journey with a 8 week 0–5K course at Bedgebury
Canicross is an amazing way to stay fit, strengthen your bond with your dog, and explore the great outdoors. This beginner-friendly 8-week course, led by Nina’s Wolfpack, will give you all the skills and confidence you need to enjoy canicross safely on the stunning trails in Bedgebury Forest.

Sundays starting 8th March 2026
Wednesdays starting 11th March 2026
What equipment will I need?
Please bring water for yourself and your dog (you can keep the dog's water and bowl in your car), along with a canicross dog harness, waist belt, and bungee lead. Nina can provide some equipment for the first few sessions, but for the full 8-week program, you’ll need your own gear that fits your dog comfortably and safely. Good running shoes are also essential. If you are unsure what you need, please speak to Nina directly.
