Forest Therapy with Embrace Nature
Embrace Nature Forest Therapy invites adults to slow down, reconnect, and restore their wellbeing through gentle, guided experiences in nature. Set within the peaceful surroundings of Jeskyns Community Woodland, these sessions offer a chance to unwind, engage your senses, and enjoy the calming benefits of the natural world.
What to expect
Rooted in the principles of forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku), sessions are designed to reduce stress, improve mood, and deepen your connection with nature. Through sensory invitations, and quiet moments of reflection, participants are encouraged to explore the woodland at a slower, more intentional pace.
Small group sessions are led by an experienced and supportive practitioner who creates a welcoming, non-judgemental space for all. Whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or simply spend meaningful time outdoors, Embrace Nature offers a nurturing environment where you can pause, breathe, and be present.
