Forest Bathing in King's Wood

Take a pause from the stresses of daily life as you soak up the healing power of nature on a restorative Forest Bathing+ Session. Leave the outside world behind as you engage the senses, slow your pace and reconnect with the gentle rhythms of the natural world.

Forest Bathing+ is a gentle, sensory‑based, practice inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin‑yoku. Inviting you to immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of the forest. Scientifically shown to reduce stress, improve mood and sleep, and support overall wellbeing.

What to expect

On a slow guided walk in the forest, you’ll connect with nature through all five senses, supporting your nervous system and creating space for clarity, stillness and restoration.

Guided by Tanya Child from Ramblewood, a Forest Bathing+ Guide certified by The Forest Bathing Institute. Blending mindfulness, sensory immersion, and ecological awareness, Tanya works to reconnect people with nature through immersive, mindful experiences that restore balance, deepen awareness, and nurture well-being.
