Running classes at Alice Holt

We have teamed up with two qualified English Athletic coaches, Linda Tyler and Julia Tagg, to organise three types of running classes. Whether you are a complete beginner, want to do the 0-5K, looking a completing a 10K race or are a competent runner wanting to improve your time - there's something for you.

Challenge Me

9.30am every Tuesday

If you are looking at your first 10K run and want to improve your running distance then this course is for you.  Run over 10 sessions, it will prepare you well for your first 10K run. 

Cost £60 for 10 sessions. 

Get Me Started Running

10.45am every Tuesday

New to running or want to exercise after coming back from a period of inactivity, illness or injury?   Over 10 sessions our Get Me Started running course will get you running 5K. 

Cost £60 for 10 sessions.

Training for Running Fitness

9.30am every Wednesday

£8.00 Pay as you go – need to book in advance

These sessions are for competent runners wanting to improve their running speed.  Our qualified coaches will lead you through interval training and fitness exercises to improve your speed.
