We have teamed up with two qualified English Athletic coaches, Linda Tyler and Julia Tagg, to organise two types of running classes. Whether you are a complete beginner, want to do the 0-5K or are a competent runner wanting to improve your time - there's something for you.
Get Me Started Running
New to running or want to exercise after coming back from a period of inactivity, illness, or injury? Over 10 sessions our Get Me Started running course will get you running 5K.
- 8:30am to 9:30am every Wednesday
- 10:30am to 11:30am every Wednesday
Cost £80 for 10 sessions. Booking in advance is essential via the email address below.
Training for Running Fitness
These sessions are for competent runners wanting to improve their running speed. Our qualified coaches will lead you through interval training and fitness exercises to improve your speed.
- 9:45am every Thursday
£10.00 per session, pay for 10 in advance and get one free – booking is essential via the email address below.
Strength Training for General Fitness
Strength training sessions to improve general fitness, with a focus on building and maintaining muscle mass, strength, and balance and with an emphasis on safety, good form, and gradual progression.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
