Strength training sessions to improve general fitness, with a focus on building and maintaining muscle mass, strength, and balance and with an emphasis on safety, good form, and gradual progression.

Suitable for all ages and abilities.

  • 9:45am to 10:45am every Wednesday
  • 9:45am to 10:45am every Thursday

£10 per session, pay for 10 in advance, get one free.
