parkrun at Bedgebury

parkrun - Saturdays at 9am

parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

These events take place in pleasant forest surroundings and people of every ability are encouraged to take part. From those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; everyone is welcome.

Why not join us for parkrun at 9am on a Saturday morning? We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace or volunteer as a marshal for parkrun to get involved!

Each week after the run we grab a drink or snack at the Shipwreck cafe or at the visitor centre.

Register online with parkrun to find out more about the course and get your barcode.

Please note that the volunteer team have additional guidelines to adhere to. All parkrunners should familiarise themselves with the new code of conduct for the restart.
