Start the waymarked trail by the double gates as you walk down from the main visitor car park towards the Visitor Centre. There is a short loop and a long loop.

Short loop is 0.8 miles. Long loop is 1.6 miles.

Short loop has medium moderate gradients, with a smooth firm surface and minimal loose material. Long loop has long moderate gradients, and sections with loose material. Both routes are clearly defined.

Both routes do not have steps, or narrow gates or gaps. Benches and perches are along both routes,. Minimum path width of 1.5m.
