This challenging and varied singletrack is ideal for even the most demanding of riders, from tricky switchback climbs, rooty drops, hairpin bends rock garden and jumps line.

This trail has 3 loop options. A challenging and varied singletrack ideal for even the most demanding of riders, from tricky switchback climbs to rooty drops and hairpin bends. Parts of the trail can be very wet and muddy at times.

  • Short loop: 6.1km (3.8 miles)
  • Long loop: 11.3km (7 miles)
  • Adit loop: 17.3km (10.7 miles)

 

Adit was newly opened in 2022 and was hand built by the Dean Trail Volunteers. The start of this section of trail can be found part-way along the long loop (download our trail map). It features a tight and technical 500m+ descent, perfect for riders looking to progress to the next challenge after mastering the blue-graded Verderers Trail.
