Join us for a special wellbeing walk at Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest as part of the Kent High Weald Walking Festival.
Wellbeing Walks provide an opportunity to explore the National Pinetum, connect with nature, stretch your legs, and forge new friendships.
What to expect
This gentle guided walk will last approximately 60 minutes and is designed to be as inclusive as possible. Our trained volunteer walk leaders will help you walk at your own pace while fostering a supportive and comfortable atmosphere for everyone in the group.
You'll be welcomed by a friendly group, and after the walk, feel free to stay for a chat and a cup of tea!
If you enjoy the walk, we’d love to see you again. Our Wellbeing Walks take place every Wednesday at 10am.
