5k Run or Walk with Faith at Hemsted Forest 

Come and take part in a 5k run and walk at Hemsted Forest with Everybody Running. This friendly event is about more than fitness. It's a chance to find peace and light in nature, connect with like-minded people, and take a step forward on your own journey, wherever you're starting from. 

All levels of fitness and ability are welcome. Come to get moving, build your confidence, or simply enjoy the forest at your own pace.
