Wellness in the Forest with Sound and Ground

Discover a world of wellness practices in the forest with our in-house practitioner Nicky from Sound and Ground. 

Based at High Lodge, from the Oak Lodge ‘studio space’ Nicky offers a range of sessions curated to support wellbeing through stillness, movement, sound, nature immersion and mindfulness. These include sound baths / sound meditation, Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku – guided mindfulness in nature), Yoga Nidra, specialist yoga for pregnancy and postnatal yoga for mum & baby, as well as Yin Yoga, mini retreat experiences and seasonal celebrations.

Nicky specialises in trauma considered, nurturing and accessible practices with a strong focus on community and connection. In addition to her regular weekly offerings at High Lodge she also hosts individuals, private groups, charities and corporate groups for bespoke sessions. Please get in touch to know more.
