Parking and prices

Download the Glide App before your next visit and pay using your phone whilst on site before you leave.

Day visitors to High Lodge Visitor Centre, Thetford Forest can pre-pay in advance online for a full day visit up to seven days in advance, tickets are limited and available on a first to book basis.

Pre-pay for parking

Currently, we are not taking any cash at High Lodge, this includes cash payments for car parking, Membership and activity packs/maps.

We are currently operating at full capacity. We are generally busiest from 11am to 2pm so avoid arriving between these times, if you can .

Orienteering Open

The toilets will be closed 1.30pm to 2pm for cleaning. Please wear a face covering when using the toilet facilities on site.

Every corner of High Lodge has something just waiting to be discovered, the more you walk around the forest, the more you’ll find.

With play areas dotted around the forest, beautiful trails winding through rich wilderness and thrilling mountain biking opportunities, you’ll be itching to return!

The Heritage Trail at High Lodge, built with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy the forest.

Please bring a face covering as this will need to be worn when using some facilities on site.
