Pre-visit information survey

Help shape our pre-visit accessibility information

We want to hear from people who use accessibility information when planning visits to outdoor spaces.

Our Know Before You Go resources provide information about facilities, paths and trails, parking, terrain, and other accessibility features to help visitors make informed choices and plan their outings with confidence.

We're now reviewing these resources and would like your feedback. Whether you've used them to plan a visit, support someone else, or decide whether a site was right for your needs, we'd love to hear about your experience.

Why take part in the survey?

Your feedback will help us understand:

  • how useful our Know Before You Go resources are for visitors.
  • which types of information are most valuable.
  • whether the information accurately reflects visitors' experiences.
  • what improvements we could make.
  • whether similar resources should be developed for more Forestry England sites.

Who can take part?

We welcome responses from:

  • people with disabilities or access requirements.
  • parents, carers and support workers.
  • anyone who has used our Know Before You Go or accessibility information resources.
  • anyone interested in accessible outdoor recreation and visitor information.

Take the survey

The survey is open until Friday 18 September and only takes around 5 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and you can skip any questions you would prefer not to answer.

Because the survey is anonymous, we are not able to respond to any comments made in the survey.

If the survey doesn't display below, click here to open it in a new browser tab. If you would prefer to provide feedback via email instead, please contact feelgood@forestryengland.uk.
