Important information to help you renew your membership

Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum and Friends of Bedgebury Pinetum should renew directly via their independent websites.

How to renew
You'll need to login with the email address you provided at the time of purchase, this will make sure we can apply your renewal discount.

Logging in for the first time?
Use your registered email address and request a password reset. This will send you a temporary password which we strongly recommend you change to a password of your choosing.

Once logged in choose 'membership' in your account history and select the renew now option.

Membership close to expiring?
Don’t worry. When you renew online you'll be sent an email with details of how you can continue to visit your chosen local forest straight away.

Unable to buy/renew online?
• Call 0300 068 0400 to renew your membership by phone instead.
• If you did not provide an email address or it has changed, call 0300 068 0400 and we will update your account. 
• To renew in person, take your renewal letter along to your local forest (where on-site options are available).
• Renewal discount only applies to on-line and are not available over the phone or in person at the forest.
