Important Log In information for members
We've upgraded our systems - 8 September 2025
In September 2025 we launched a brand-new members area, 'My Membership', to help you manage and renew your membership.
All members must now validate your email to access the new Members Area. You only need to do this one time. Here's how you do it:
- Click the link below and go to Join.
- Enter the name and email address that originally set-up your membership account.
- The page will say 'Check your email' and you’ll receive an email to set up a password.
- Create your password and enter the Members Area to see your current membership details.
Joined since 8 September 2025 and want to access My Membership?
Any members who joined after 8 September 2025 just need to follow the instructions in the email called 'Complete your account set-up for My Membership', sent to you when you joined, to create a new account.
How do I renew my current membership online?
You can renew your membership only if your existing membership is still active. Make sure you've validated your email to access our members area before following the steps below.
- Click to Log-in and access My Membership with your account details.
- Click 'Check your membership' and then 'Renew now'.
- If your membership is due to expire this month and you do not pay by Direct Debit you can renew your membership for another year.
How can I renew my expired membership?
If your membership has expired, you will need to click Re-join. Only current members can access the members area.
Once you begin the process of re-joining, use the same email address to re-use and update your existing account details.
How can I update my details?
If you haven't set up your new 'My Membership' account since 8 September 2025 (see above) you will need to follow the steps above to do so before you can update your details.
If you have set-up your new 'My Membership' account, then simply log in and click Update my details.

Westonbirt Arboretum
We work closely with the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, which is a separate charitable organisation and runs a membership scheme for access to Westonbirt Arboretum only. Friends of Westonbirt members should renew directly via their independent website.
